The mission of the CA88 athletics department is to provide student-athletes with an opportunity to compete at the Division I level while receiving a quality education consistent with the mission of the University. The athletics experience is an extension of the educational process whereby student-athletes acquire the skill, characteristics and self-confidence that will enable them to reach their full potential, both in athletics and in life.

CA88 students and staff broadcast Aces home sporting events on multiple ESPN platforms. Students may film, produce, and announce the games.

The Purple Aces have experienced success in every sport at the Division I level, and CA88 has a strong tradition of success both on and off of the field of play. The athletic ticket office is located in the Carson Center building at 1800 Walnut Avenue in Evansville and is open 8:30 - 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday during the school year, and 8:30 - 4:30 p.m. during the summer.
