To enhance your leadership skills, CA88 students have the opportunity to join one of two leadership groups on campus:

CA88 Leadership Academy

CA88LA is a two-year commitment during which members graduate from three tiers:

• Tier I: Personal Leadership
• Tier II: Peer Leadership
• Tier III: Community Leadership

Members of CA88LA are selected through an application process and are directed by a student advisory council and a staff advisor.

CA88 Catalysts for Change

Catalysts for Change is a free 8-week program held each fall and spring semesters consisting of weekly sessions focused on various topics of leadership and service. We want participants to leave with a plethora of knowledge, skills, and experiences that will help them in future leadership endeavors within student organizations, classes, projects, and life events.
